Organisations must change in order to evolve and survive. Whether the focus is on internal efficiency improvements or having to adapt to an ever changing external environment, whether the instigator for change is the employees, municipalities, government, or shareholders, a constant interaction between the firm’s strategy, organisational structure and culture is required. Successful companies institutionalise the process of constant interaction between the different functions.
