Education and Experience

The guiding principle in my career is the development of individuals and teams. I studied Occupational Psychology at the University of Utrecht before working for PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consultants in the Netherlands where I was involved in large change management projects. I then moved to the UK and joined The Abbey National, a leading retail and investment bank, where I worked as an internal consultant, trainer and coach. Since returning to the Netherlands I have established myself as an independent coach and trainer.

Throughout my career I have attended numerous professional courses, “coach the coach” sessions and “train the trainer” workshops. In this way I have been awarded many formal certifications for conducting psychological research including capability tests, personality tests and questionnaires, team role analysis and career counselling tools.
